Putting on this Justice Online Mobile Blood River outfit, the initial impression is its solid, substantial weight. The black-and-gold traditional Chinese armor is covered in intricate embossed beast and cloud patterns, while the shoulder guards, arm armor, and metal components at the collar reflect a cold, rigid luster under the strong outdoor light. To stay true to the character's temperament, I paired it with black half-finger leather gloves, black over-the-knee boots, and that signature bright red cape and hair ribbon. This outfit has numerous layers; from the belt's metal buckle and the hidden patterns on the hem to the cascading inner layers, dressing up completely takes a fair amount of time, but only this way can it support the fierce and sharp aura of a true Jianghu hero.

The first set of horseback photos was the most challenging part of this shoot. The black horse's coat glistened sleekly under the sunlight. Maintaining an upright posture while controlling the reins with one hand and carrying a long spear on my back kept my core muscles in a state of high tension. The strong wind whipped the long ponytail and red hair ribbon wildly backward, and the red cape billowed dynamically in the gale. As the sunlight slanted across, the interplay of light and shadow created sharp, cutting contrasts on both the metal armor and the horse's coat. Although the armor plates of this game cosplay have been optimized for lightness, holding a polearm for extended periods remains a strenuous physical task. To faithfully replicate the crisp and decisive execution of Blood River's spear strikes, I repeatedly adjusted my grip on the shaft and the focus of my gaze, striving to manifest the fierce might of a military commander in every single movement.

Aside from the serious combat style, an oversized candied hawthorn prop was also prepared this time to showcase a cute contrast (gap moe). Huge peach and apple shapes along with white dumplings featuring cute pig expressions were strung together, with a text-labeled tag hanging from the wooden stick. Carrying a long spear while eating candied hawthorns added a touch of down-to-earth vitality to a character otherwise filled with a killing aura, and during the shoot, I also adjusted my expression, shifting from fierce to relaxed.

The solo shot leaning against the wall features a composition that I really love. With one leg bent and the knee pressed against the wall, the materials of the black boots and leather pants tightly contour the leg lines, while slanted sunlight casts sharp shadows against the yellowish-brown wall. The pose looks lazy and casual, yet my hands tightly grasp the long spear, retaining the dangerous aura of a military commander ready for battle at any moment. Capturing the instant when the hair and cape flutter in the wind is no easy feat; behind every graceful, flowing final photo lies countless attempts of adjusting positions against the wind and continuously clicking the shutter. From arranging the costume to exerting force in poses, bringing a virtual character into reality is genuinely hard physical work, but looking at that vivid Blood River captured through the lens, all the fatigue turns into something very concrete and entirely worth it.
