『崩壊 3rd』のエリシアの衣装と小道具を持って杭州CP32の会場で一日を過ごし、今回のイベント写真を撮影してきました。衣装はビスチェ、アームスリーブ、スカートなど複数のパーツから構成されており、ウエスト部分は立ち姿のシルエットを保つためにしっかりとした型崩れ防止加工が施されています。背中の翼やスカート両側のリボンには透明素材やオーロラ調の偏光素材が使われており、通常の布地よりも光の反射がとても綺麗に出ます。腰まで届くロングウィッグはセットに時間がかかりましたが、再現度を高めるためにエルフ耳を合わせ、会場に差し込む光の下で透き通るような透明感を放っていました。
撮影は光環境が良い時間帯に集中して行いました。会場のライティングは天井のガラス構造に大きく影響され、光の透過性が強いため、正面から補助光を当てるとかえって顔が暗く見えてしまいます。そのため全身構図の撮影では、カメラマンさんが意図的に逆光のアングルを選び、髪の毛の輪郭光（リムライト）を作り出してくれました。天井が高いおかげで背景が大きく綺麗にボケ、人物を際立たせることができました。人通りが非常に多いため、背景がすっきりした場所を探すことがクリーンな画面作りの鍵となりました。手にした弓と杖は大面積の白とゴールドの配色で細部まで精巧に作られていますが、かなり重量があり、ポーズを維持するには腕の筋力が求められました。脚のラインを見せる際は、中腰や少し体を斜めに傾けるポーズを取り入れ、プロポーションがより美しく見えるよう工夫しました。今回は弓と杖の2種類の小道具を用意し、それぞれ異なるアングルから撮影。常にキャラクターのクオリティを保つため、こまめなメイク直しも欠かせませんでした。

The costume design consists of multiple parts including a corset, detachable sleeves, and a skirt, with the waist cincher specially shaped and reinforced to maintain a crisp silhouette while standing. The wings on the back and the ribbons on both sides of the skirt were crafted from transparent and holographic reflective materials, which produced a much better lighting effect on camera than ordinary fabric. Styling the waist-length wig took quite a bit of time, and to faithfully recreate the look, I wore elf ears, which appeared translucent under the natural light filtering through the venue. The shoot was concentrated during several time slots with optimal lighting. The lighting at the convention was heavily influenced by the glass ceiling structure; the light penetration was strong, and using front-facing fill lights would easily make the face look dark. Therefore, when shooting full-body compositions, the photographer intentionally found backlit angles to create a rim-lit contour along the edges of my hair. Because of the high venue ceiling, it was easy to achieve a softly blurred, expansive background, making the portrait stand out effortlessly. Due to the heavy foot traffic during the shoot, we had to find relatively empty spots to ensure clean compositions. The bow and staff I held featured a large palette of white and gold; the craftsmanship was exquisite, but they were quite heavy, so holding them continuously and sustaining poses required considerable arm strength. When capturing the leg lines, half-squatting and slightly angled poses were used to flatter body proportions. For this shoot, I prepared two different sets of props—a bow and a staff—capturing them from various angles across the convention. Touching up makeup on the fly was also essential for maintaining the character's overall appearance. Out of dozens of shots taken, these few were selected as the final images. On the way back, the corridor lighting in the venue was a pleasant surprise: it not only made the hair color shine brightly, but also beautifully caught the holographic sheen of the outfit. As spontaneous on-site convention photos, the results were very satisfying. As a cosplayer with a special fondness for this character, preparing this outfit required attention to many details, such as colored contact lenses, lip shade adjustments, and parting the bangs, all of which directly impact the final output. Being able to bring Elysia to life in a real-world setting and receiving compliments from visitors at the convention was a wonderful validation.
