Today, I cosplayed Punishing: Gray Raven's Lucia in her bridal gown on the CICF stage, and putting on the entire ensemble was far more intricate than imagined. The wig is straight and black; to make it look more natural, I added volume to the bangs and adorned the sides with miniature cross clips and pale yellow floral ornaments. Paired with a semi-sheer lace veil, it brought a genuinely dreamlike quality to the look. For makeup, I experimented with soft reddish tones for the eyeshadow, paired with a reddish-brown lip tint to evoke both wedding ceremony solemnity and Lucia's signature coexistence of cool detachment and tender warmth. Since everyone often describes Lucia as an adorable sweetheart, I made a conscious effort during facial expression management to maintain gentle, approachable eye contact, allowing the ceremonial dignity of the bridal gown to blend seamlessly with a sweet temperament.

The garment details are extraordinarily rich. Dominated by an asymmetrical white silhouette, the bodice features a high collar and a teardrop-shaped keyhole cutout at the chest, highlighted by an eye-catching pink heart-shaped jewel in the center. The off-the-shoulder semi-translucent gossamer sleeves carry tremendous visual tension: the wide bell cuffs paired with crisscross arm straps flatteringly define the arm lines. The skirt is crafted from multi-tiered asymmetrical panels adorned with gold lines, star motifs, and curved violet patterns, with a dimensional blue rose pinned to the side. A delicate gold chain and pink streamers at the waist add dynamic kinetic flair. The sheer, flowing train extending from the hem is remarkably lightweight, spreading out gracefully in motion. The handheld bouquet of white, soft pink, and pale lilac roses also echoes the overarching palette to perfection.

During the shoot, the booth background featured dark red geometric structures embedded with neon strip lights and sci-fi patterns—a sharp, dark aesthetic that cleanly set off the soft, luminous white gown. To complement this styling, I tried several poses: extending one hand forward highlighted the fluidity of the sleeves and the sweep of the train; resting a hand lightly on my jaw or collarbone guided visual focus toward the headdress and neckline design; and cradling the bouquet against my chest evoked a serene, gentle atmosphere. Because of the layered skirt and high heels, standing on the stage platform for extended periods left my legs rather sore, but the photographer was fantastic at capturing spontaneous moments. Especially when arranging the train, the way light filtered through the sheer tulle looked breathtaking. To avoid interference from stray ambient light, we continually adjusted our positions and fill-light angles on site, striving to render every golden jacquard weave and lace nuance in crisp clarity. When wearing such elaborate, voluminous garments, my biggest concern is always losing small accessories or having the wig get wind-blown, but fortunately everything held together smoothly throughout. Shooting this bridal Lucia cosplay was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I hope everyone can feel the character's charm through these photos.
