[Umaru cosplay] Meeting Himouto! Umaru-chan in the sea of flowers

For the first set of works in 2024, I chose Himouto! Umaru-chan, whom everyone is very familiar with. Meeting Umaru among the blooming flowers feels truly wonderful, and this refreshing atmosphere perfectly matches the first impression the character gives. The texture of the costume for this shoot is outstanding, especially the red ribbon details at the collar and the pleats of the skirt, presenting a highly premium color saturation under natural light and shadow. During the pre-preparation stage, I paid special attention to the use of light and shadow, hoping to create a dreamlike visual effect through this soft natural light. Currently, I am going all out on the post-processing and editing of the Solo Portrait photos, striving to restore the pure feeling of the original work in color calibration. Regarding the expression in the last photo, it might be a little bit OOC, mainly to capture the atmosphere and dynamic beauty of that exact moment. As a cosplayer, sometimes subtle adjustments are made for the sake of visual expression, so please be understanding. I can't wait to share the subsequent group photos with everyone, hoping to immerse myself in this sea of flowers together with you and bring everyone a touch of healing and gentleness belonging to spring.
