先日、この紫をテーマにした撮影を終えました。構想を練り始めてから最終的な写真の完成まで、およそ1ヶ月の準備期間をかけました。昔からこういった幻想的なスタイルに惹かれており、今回はスタイリングや小道具のアイデア出しにも自分から参加しました。
衣装は今回の撮影における最大のハイライトです。上半身は紫と白のバイカラー仕立てで、首元のホルターネックにはパールチェーンを配置。胸元には大ぶりな紫のリボンがあしらわれ、中央には三日月のチャームが輝いています。ポージング中に着崩れしないよう、内側から念入りに固定を施しました。衣装全体に白いファーポンポンやレースフリルがあしらわれており、特に付け袖は繊細で美しい反面、動くたびにずれ落ちやすく、こまめに位置を直す必要がありました。ボトムスはミニスカートにたっぷりの白羽をあしらった羽の妖精（羽の妖精）のようなシルエット。この衣装に合わせて白のオーバーニー白ストッキング（白ストッキング）を着用しました。履き口の白いリボンストラップが視覚的に脚のラインをすらりと美しく見せてくれますが、同時に伝線しやすいため大げさな動きは控え、座ったり立ち上がったりするたびに細心の注意を払いました。

From finalizing the plan to the final photos, it took about a month of prep. I've always loved this dreamy style, and this time I took part in conceptualizing some of the styling and props myself.
The outfit was definitely the centerpiece. The top features a color-blocked purple and white design with a halter neck paired with pearl chains. There is a large purple bow across the chest, centered with a crescent moon ornament. To prevent wardrobe malfunctions during the shoot, we added plenty of inner fastenings. The costume is adorned with lots of white pom-poms and lace trim, especially on the sleeves—while they look exquisite, they slip easily in practice and needed constant adjusting. The bottom half is a miniskirt embellished with numerous white feathers. To complete the look, I wore white stockings over the knee. The white straps on the stockings visually flatter the legs. However, that also meant avoiding dramatic movements to prevent snagging, so sitting down and standing up required extra care.
The wig is long, straight silver-white hair with a subtle gradient. Securing the white feathered ears and the bow on top required tons of bobby pins. To match the overall mood, I went with a clean, dewy base makeup and icy blue contact lenses, aiming for a softer gaze. Before the shoot, I even visited a nail salon for a light purple glitter manicure; though occasionally hidden by sleeves, it really elevated the fine details.
The set design was meticulously crafted, featuring giant metallic gears, vintage clock faces, and circular structures reminiscent of church windows. A white plush carpet covered the floor, surrounded by blue and purple blooms, gold picture frames, and white birdcages. Besides the set dressing, staff off-camera helped toss white feathers into the air. Capturing the perfect fantasy scene right as the feathers drifted down was a huge test of both the photographer's shutter speed and my reflexes. It took about a dozen tries to catch a few naturally beautiful falling-feather moments.
Controlling posture throughout the shoot was another challenge. To highlight the leg lines and white stockings, there were many kneeling and sitting poses. Kneeling on a shag rug takes core strength to keep the upper body upright. At the same time, showcasing the chest design required mindful shoulder opening and chin angles. After cycling through the poses, my lower back was definitely aching. But thanks to the gorgeous harmony between outfit colors and lighting, the yield of keeper shots was very high.
This shoot also taught me a lot, such as how to quickly locate the lens within a busy set, and how to utilize a purple ribbon in hand to add dynamic interaction. While this feather fairy styling was intricate and demanding, the resulting effect was genuinely dreamlike. Completing a look like this always feels like weaving a brief dream into reality. I naturally adore fantasy-inspired outfits; even though wearing them is exhausting, immersing myself in the shooting process and feeling the play of light and shadow is deeply rewarding. ウィッグは銀白のストレートロングで、ほんのりとグラデーションがかかっています。頭の白い羽耳とリボンをしっかり固定するためにたくさんのヘアピンを使いました。全体の雰囲気に合わせ、透明感のあるベースメイクにアイスブルーのカラコンを選び、柔らかい眼差しを意識しました。撮影前にはネイルサロンにも足を運び、微細ラメ入りの薄紫ネイルに仕上げてもらいました。袖に隠れることもありますが、全体のディテールをぐっと引き締めてくれます。
セットの設営も非常に凝っていて、巨大な金属の歯車やアンティーク調の文字盤、教会の窓を思わせる円形の造作が配置されていました。床には白いファーラグが敷かれ、青や紫の花々、ゴールドの額縁、白い鳥かごが周囲を彩ります。さらに、カメラの外からスタッフさんが白い羽を降らせてくれました。羽が舞い落ちる瞬間を完璧に捉えるのは、カメラマンさんのシャッター速度と私の反応のタイミングが試されます。十数回トライして、ようやく自然で美しい瞬間を収めることができました。
撮影中のポージング維持もひとつの挑戦でした。脚と白ストッキングのラインを綺麗に見せるため、正座や座りポーズが多くなりました。毛足の長いラグの上で膝立ちを維持するには体幹が必要で、上半身を美しく伸ばし続けるのが大変でした。また、胸元のデザインを見せるために肩を開き、顎の角度にも気を配り続けたため、一通りのポーズを終える頃には腰がかなり痛くなりました。それでも衣装の色味とライティングの相性が抜群で、満足のいく写真がたくさん撮れました。
今回の撮影では、複雑なセットの中で素早くカメラを捉える方法や、手にした紫のリボンを使って写真に動きをつける方法など、多くの学びがありました。手のかかるスタイリングでしたが、仕上がりは本当に夢のように幻想的でした。こうした造形を完成させるたび、現実に束の間の夢を織り上げているような感覚になります。普段からファンタジー要素のある衣装が大好きで、着るのは大変ですが、撮影に没頭して光と影の移ろいを感じる時間はとても幸せです。次はガラリと印象の違うキャラクターに挑戦するか、あるいはこの優しいスタイルをさらに突き詰めて、新しい魅力を引き出してみたいです。
