This time shooting Azur Lane Hammann's look, from receiving the costume to the official release of the photos, actually encountered quite a few areas that required adjustments. When I first got it, the sheer number of large and small accessories really tested my organizing skills. For instance, this blue and black mechanical cat-ear headband has a quite unique design with geometric lines inside. Coupled with the weight of the headband's frame, how to ensure it didn't tilt during the shoot became a small problem to solve.

The main body of the costume is a white midriff-baring tube top with a transparent anti-slip strap for the halter neck, paired with several black button decorations on the front chest, looking fresh and neat. The white ruffled collar adds layers to the upper body, but it also requires paying attention to the extension of the neck and shoulders when posing. The sleeve covers feature a pink and white striped design with a white base fabric. This double-layer structure makes the sleeves look exceptionally puffy, visually framing the arms to look slender. The lower body features a layered ruffled short skirt with light pixel-art prints on the white apron fabric. The addition of such small details gives the pure white skirt flare more to look at, avoiding a monotonous feel.

For a white stocking cat girl look, white stockings and pink leg rings can be said to be the soul. The leg rings have moderate elasticity and won't pinch the legs too tightly. Paired with over-the-knee white stockings, they beautifully flatter the leg lines visually. On my feet are those glossy magenta thick-heeled Mary Jane shoes. The bow decoration on the shoes fits the overall style perfectly, and the thicker heels provide excellent support. When trying various standing, squatting, and kneeling poses, they ensure the ankle lines remain straight, yielding a high rate of good photos.

In terms of makeup and hairstyle, to better present this clear and flawless Anime-style photography quality, the base makeup was specially chosen to have a porcelain-skin effect, almost completely covering the skin's original color differences and blemishes to present a highly even facial state. The eye makeup used pinkish shimmer for a large-area blend, paired with those large-diameter blue colored contacts, making the gaze look both innocent and vivid, perfectly matching the character's own temperament. The white wig has straight bangs and twin-tails, and the fiber texture is excellent. Under the high-key white studio lights, it didn't produce chaotic reflections, allowing it to blend beautifully with the pure white background.

This time, the photographer Feiyu (飞鱼Fiyu) put a lot of heart into the lighting. The high-key lighting approach made the entire set of photos present a very clean and translucent tone. This kind of lighting condition is also quite a test for the base makeup and the three-dimensional feel of facial features. During the shoot, I needed to constantly adjust my body angle to match the dangling position of the bell beneath the bow tie. Especially during half-kneeling and prone poses, if the angle was wrong, the shadow of the bell would fall on the collarbone or shoulder straps, affecting the overall neatness of the frame.

The desk-leaning close-ups and half-kneeling poses tried in the photos actually require the body muscles to maintain a certain tightness to sustain that lightweight posture. For example, in the shot making a cat-paw gesture, to keep the hand lines looking good, the angle of the palm and wrist must be controlled just right, and the shoulders must relax and drop, allowing the collarbone and neck lines to display naturally. The final photos successfully captured exactly that touch of playfulness, sweetness, and agility. Although the whole outfit looks very cool and light, the actual shooting consumed quite a bit of stamina. However, seeing the final high-quality photos, I feel that the focused state I put into being in front of the lens was all meaningful to document this piece of Coser daily life, and the entire shooting experience was exceptionally smooth.
