This time, I finally managed to shoot this styling of Remielle in Zenless Zone Zero. To restore that ethereal yet slightly mysterious temperament, we put a lot of thought into the set design and light and shadow.

The wig is specially trimmed pink short hair. To match the overall styling, I also specially made pointed elf ear prosthetics, which need to be carefully fixed with spirit gum when wearing, and the edges must be well transitioned with concealer, otherwise it's very easy to give away the illusion under close-up shots. When wearing that pair of white feather wings, you can really feel the weight; it is much heavier than it looks, so when sitting on the sofa, I had to slightly adjust my posture to prevent the wing frame from showing. There are so many details in the clothing: the straps on the upper body, metal rings, and those layers of semi-transparent tulle sleeves. Wearing it really brings a strong sense of layering. To match the overall visual effect, I specially chose white semi-transparent stockings and leg rings, so that when sitting on the white European-style sofa and crossing my legs, the lines can be better showcased, and it won't look too empty visually.

During the shoot, the natural light coming through the windows was so important. The sunshine on that day was extremely transparent, and when it hit me, there was even a feeling that my whole body was glowing. The photographer asked me to relax; one hand rested on the sofa armrest, and the other hand touched my hair, so that lazy feeling naturally came out. Later, for the second picture, I changed my pose, with a finger against my lips, wanting to express a playful feeling, looking straight into the lens for a stronger sense of interaction. Red contact lenses actually make eyes a bit dry after wearing them for a long time, but for the sake of picture effect, I still had to keep my gaze focused in front of the lens, finding the exact angle where light penetrates the pupil.

The happiest part was actually capturing the textures of the clothes and props under this high-brightness environment. Because the venue was decorated with many pink and blue flowers, plus a white plush rug, the entire frame was very clean. As someone who often shoots outdoors, this indoor high-key soft-light shooting method actually tests the character's facial makeup and condition greatly, and this time the preliminary preparation was totally not in vain. Controlling body language so that every element of the clothing can be seen was my biggest takeaway from this shoot. During shooting breaks, I would also review screen playbacks with the photographer, discussing the placement of the skirt hem and wings to ensure every composition is full. For instance, in the first picture sitting sideways on the sofa, it's necessary to utilize body curves and the reflection of the stockings to increase the layers of the frame, rather than just simple posing. Remielle's outfit presents a very soft tone under natural light; post-processing only requires a slight adjustment to contrast to make the pink and blue pop more. I really love the presentation effect of Remielle this time, and I hope everyone can also feel the unique charm of this character. I am very satisfied with this set of pictures myself, and I also hope to bring everyone a bit of visual freshness.
