For this Honkai: Star Rail Cyrene Flower Goddess headcanon design, a lot of thought went into the structure and design concept from initial preparation to the finished garment. The bodice is a pink semi-sheer corset adorned with heavy beading and light blue floral embroidery, with 3D tulle roses across the chest. To accentuate lightness, the skirt incorporates voluminous pink ruffles and transparent organza paired with a long train, creating an airy flowing motion while walking. The prop is a floral branch staff designed to match the overall styling, wrapped with bead strings and small pink blossoms. As for accessories, a white branch headpiece sits on the hair, accented with pink lace flowers on one side. Since a headcanon design allows for personal preferences, while maintaining the character's signature gentle ambiance, I paired the legs with White stockings and platform Mary Jane shoes—a combo that visually elongates leg lines and fits the overall pink-white-blue color palette seamlessly.
The shoot took place inside the IJOY Anime Convention venue. Although the ambient venue light was bright, photographer Master Yeziwu skillfully used studio lighting to highlight the intricate details of the dress. Plentiful smoke was used on-site to create atmosphere; to make the skirt and hair fly dynamically, large swinging motions were required. Holding single-leg standing poses for long stretches while maintaining facial expressions was quite a test of core strength. For makeup, I wore a pair of purple colored contacts, paired with generous pink blush and glitter at the outer corners of the eyes to enhance the character's fantasy feel. This outfit looks fantastic on camera, though it is quite intricate—the hair and skirt easily tangled while walking, requiring constant adjustments. Despite the exhausting shoot, bringing the image of the Flower Goddess in my heart to life was truly rewarding.
