The vintage study themed photoshoot done with photographer Lanqiao Shendeng is finally organized and ready to share. A lot of effort went into ensuring high fidelity for this Roxy costume—especially the wide brim hat, the black-and-white checkered bow tie at the collar, and the khaki short cape worn over top. Wearing it instantly brought out that traveling mage feel. The shoot took place in a room filled with wooden bookshelves and antique books, where props like a gramophone, globe, and leather suitcase complemented Roxy's mage persona remarkably well. We tried several different poses this time, such as leaning sideways on the carpet playing with a box or sitting upright while reading, all fitting her calm yet clever personality. I personally really like the final photo where I'm holding a book and reading: the warm yellow lighting illuminates my face and the pages, creating a soft contrast between the light blue of the wig and the warm tones of the light, capturing perhaps the most peaceful aspect of this set. Since these are straight-out-of-camera photos without heavy filter processing, they preserve the tonal mood crafted by the photographer on site. Putting on this outfit truly made me feel as if I had stepped into that fantasy adventure world, holding a book, ready at any moment to cast an unknown spell. Time during the shoot was tight, but everyone was very satisfied with the final result.
