### Fan Content Festival Project

This look for Kasumizawa Miyu from Blue Archive comes from a Fan Content Festival project that I've always loved. During the preparation process, I kept thinking about how to capture the gap between her introverted yet determined nature, so I focused the makeup on a clean, translucent base and soft eyeshadow, softening the sharpness of my facial contours. Combined with the leaf hair accessory on the wig and her iconic halo, I hoped to bring back the flavor of the original design. The outfit adopts blue-and-white sailor style elements, and we repeatedly cross-referenced the plaid details on the neckerchief and skirt hem with the original illustrations, striving for high visual fidelity.

### Narrative Posing & Emotional Expression

On the day of the shoot, we did several scene transitions, moving from initially standing stiffly with small movements like holding a bento box ready to hand it out, to later relaxing and curling up on a wooden table. That progressive change is precisely the externalization of the character's emotions. Personally, I especially love the frame where I'm sitting barefoot with my legs curled up on the table; that slightly vulnerable posture fits her storyline experience perfectly.

### The Essence of Anime-Style Photography

Speaking of Anime-style photography, I always believe that the transmission of atmosphere and emotion is far more important than precisely replicating the appearance. The lighting technician provided soft, diffused lighting to simulate the warm texture of Japanese daily life. Although preparing these props and costumes is tedious, being able to become her through the lens at the festival site and get close to the character in a professional yet warm way made the entire process feel incredibly fulfilling. I hope these photos can convey Miyu's pure heart of wanting to share her daily life with Sensei through this cosplay.
