Having just wrapped up today's shoot at the MEBUKU pop-up store in Bailian ZX Fun Creation Center (Wujiaochang), while the excitement is still fresh, I'm sharing this ACG store tour experience through this purple-and-blue butterfly-themed outfit. The color scheme of this outfit is truly unique, featuring a purple gradient spliced with a white skirt hem. To harmonize with the overall theme, I specifically paired it with bow-accented black high heels and this signature purple-and-silver long-handled staff prop. This prop was heavier than expected; holding it for a while made my wrists ache, but to deliver maximum dynamic tension before the lens, I made sure to lift my arms to the most flattering curve in every shot. For makeup, I opted for soft purple eyeshadow, which, combined with the white wig and iconic pointed ears, greatly enhanced the overall visual coherence of this purple butterfly cosplay.

Only upon arriving on site did I realize how much cuter the setup was than anticipated! The bright yellow floor accented with radiating black lines created a vivid color contrast against the large white mushroom-shaped lampshades overhead. The store's shelves were packed with all sorts of exquisite merchandise, ranging from blind boxes and badges to acrylic standees. Posing with the prop in hand alongside the 2D trinkets on the shelves behind me turned out surprisingly harmonious. Every snap came out looking fantastic without needing to meticulously hunt for angles—every corner served as an ideal shooting spot.

This pop-up store brought together multiple classic, popular anime titles, with giant promotional posters and standees everywhere you look. Although today's outfit wasn't intended for a specific character from a particular series—being instead a self-coordinated fantasy ensemble—strolling amidst familiar anime merchandise still sparked a deep sense of belonging. The venue also held dedicated check-in interactive activities, which I happily joined in, taking commemorative photos while holding cute printed character cards.

Even though Bilibili World (BW) has concluded and many felt a void in their weekend destinations, this pop-up store in the second-floor atrium of Bailian ZX Fun Creation Center in Wujiaochang completely fills that gap. The atmosphere on site was wonderfully relaxed; everyone was quietly browsing their favorite merch, and occasionally you could spot other fellow fans in Cosplay or casual wear. While picking out items in front of the shelves, a few passing visitors even complimented my look—these unexpected offline interactions always keep you smiling for a long time.

As someone who frequently shoots Cosplay and attends ACG events, I truly love environments where characters, scenes, and merchandise seamlessly merge together. Without being restricted by the intense exhaustion and crowded rush of large anime conventions, presenting one's outfit in a shopping mall in such a relaxed state while picking up cherished merch makes for an extraordinary experience. The event runs from July 6 to August 4, 2026—nearly an entire month—so everyone can easily pick a free weekend, dress up in their favorite look or simply wear casual clothes, head over to soak in the vibrant ACG atmosphere, and enjoy the thrill of unboxing blind boxes during their ACG store tour.
