The biggest challenge for this second set of Phoebe Cosplay from Wuthering Waves was honestly that massive white hat. At first, I completely underestimated how much shade its brim would cast—lowering my head even slightly plunged my entire face into deep shadow, resulting in a high discard rate during the opening shots. To keep facial lighting bright and luminous, we had to drastically reposition the softboxes before achieving that translucent look.
The set was adorned with abundant blue hydrangeas and white drapes, anchored by a circular white platform on the floor. To complement this sacred ambiance, we specifically chose a venue with soft, diffused natural lighting. The costume quality was exceptional, particularly the blue-and-black spliced ribbons and golden tassels, which swayed with wonderful dynamic motion when walking. The trickiest element remained the golden staff: it was much heavier than anticipated, requiring substantial wrist strength to prevent slipping, especially for the forward-reaching pose in Photo 5. The white stockings certainly flattered and elongated the leg lines, but were extremely delicate and prone to snagging, forcing me to tread cautiously around rough platform edges.
For photography, we utilized multiple angles—compressing spatial depth with telephoto lenses while using wide angles on seated poses to elongate leg lines. To maintain natural realism without excessive digital slimming, post-processing focused on preserving the raw, airy translucence of the original frames. Compared to Set 1, this session emphasized garment layering and sleek leg lines. Despite sweating through the entire shoot, pulling off this look with white stockings amidst the blue-and-white flower sea faithfully captured the game's setting. Posing required fine-tuning my gaze toward a slightly aloof, mysterious expression. Post-processing preserved an authentic film-like texture and cinematic lighting, and I hope you all enjoy this style.
