The theme of this photoshoot is Cheshire's Oath Skin cosplay look. The entire costume features pure white as its primary visual tone, paired with lightweight lace wedding dress materials and tulle. In terms of overall outfit design, this version of the wedding dress is not the traditional heavy ball gown, but instead adopts a high-slit skirt design that appears much airier. The upper body features a delicate deep V-neck combined with cutout lace splicing and exquisite lace patterns along the edges, which, paired with over-the-elbow long white gloves and a choker embedded with a blue gem around the neck, brings out an overall sense of elegance.
The wig is a crucial part of this look—greyish-black straight hair with straight-cut bangs, combined with eye-catching teal-blue highlights on both sides of the cheeks, beautifully restores the character's signature features. On top sits a white tiara embedded with sparkling diamonds, with a lightweight translucent veil falling from the tiara, giving it a sacred wedding atmosphere without feeling overly heavy or oppressive.
The set decoration for the shoot was also cleverly executed. The main set selected a pair of black high-back chairs featuring intricate vintage gothic carvings, forming a sharp visual contrast with the expansive pure white lace wedding dress. The blue backdrop wall added a layer of cool elegance to the entire composition, and this cool-toned palette paired with white veil was extremely photogenic. Regarding props, a golden metal birdcage decorated with white lilies and blue-purple hydrangea clusters was prepared on set, keeping the overall visual from being monotonous. The floor used high-reflectivity materials that reflected footwork and skirt inverted images, adding depth and spatial dimensionality to the image.
Four distinct poses were primarily captured during this shoot. The first photo is a close-up holding the veil with one hand, featuring a playful smile; the second photo is a seated pose on the black chair with crossed legs, combined with a hand resting on the chin to convey a lazy, confident atmosphere; the third photo holds a goblet filled with blue liquid, with a softer and calmer gaze; the fourth photo features a standing, slightly bent-over posture while gently lifting the white veil skirt hem with one hand. After much consideration, the fourth photo was deemed most suitable as the cover, as that angle naturally presents the leg lines brought out by the high-slit skirt, paired with white tights and high heels that perfectly showcase the white stocking texture. Overall body proportions were stretched beautifully during the bend, without any clipping issues along the frame edges.
Regarding makeup, to complement the cool tone of the outfit, bright ice-blue contact lenses were specifically paired, with eyeshadow featuring a subtle light-blue smudge, and lips opting for a natural soft pink tone, making the overall look both delicate and far from overly heavy. Wearing this outfit in the studio for most of the day, although it was lightweight white gauze, the layered lace and skirt hem tested posing skills thoroughly. Fortunately, the photographer was adept at capturing moments with soft, non-harsh lighting, successfully capturing that hazy, dreamy feel.
