Bringing this Fleurdelis look from Wuthering Waves to fruition took about three weeks of relentless refinement, from garment sampling to prop assembly. Embodying titles like the Holy, the Apostate, and the Death Harbinger demanded a paradoxical presence—resolute, sacred, yet bearing a fractured edge.

The makeup centered on striking eye design: extensive pink shading smudged along bold eyeliner, paired with piercing blue contacts. Straight pale-blonde bangs were flat-ironed and lacquered with hairspray, firmly anchoring the golden crest horn and blue star tiara to the wig cap. Prosthetic pointed elf ears and silver star drop earrings hung flush against the cartilage. The blue, black, and white pieced dress featured subtle jacquard patterns that shimmered under spotlights, cut with a dramatic high thigh slit and clear stiletto sandals that set a trailing blue translucent veil fluttering. Holding a seated cross-legged pose atop a white Roman column required constant core tension to maintain elegant drape without slipping.

Props stole the show: the two-handed greatsword, finished in iridescent black-teal with golden boughs and a translucent core, offered incredible weight and optical clarity under backlights. The angular silver geometric buckler shield echoed the pointed edges of the costume, deflecting direct key lights to create softer facial chiaroscuro. Standing tall against a gray backdrop while wind blowers lifted the chiffon veil required immense wrist and core stamina to keep the heavy sword steady. Balancing physical exertion with aloof, celestial elegance produced a truly rewarding Cosplay photography set.
