[Nagisa Furukawa cosplay] Spring cherry blossom memories in CLANNAD

I chose an outdoor location in Chengdu during the cherry blossom season for this Nagisa Furukawa shoot. The orange short hair paired with an off-white sailor uniform and a dark blue pleated skirt, along with white over-the-knee socks and brown loafers, creates a very standard Japanese school style. Using a dark brown leather satchel as a prop, actions like walking under the cherry blossom trees or standing on one leg made the images feel more narrative. Although the cherry blossoms in Chengdu have already fallen, the photos still retain that spring atmosphere. The red and blue stripes on the collar and cuffs of this outfit are the finishing touches, clearly textured under the side-backlight. During the shoot, I used natural light to make my hair look translucent, and designed poses like looking back, walking with a bag, and light jumping. I also acted as my own photographer, which meant planning the camera position and lighting in advance; however, it was precisely because I was familiar with the setup that I was able to capture the best angles during the brief blooming period. The final shots have both the freshness of campus life and the gentle yet resilient temperament of the character in CLANNAD, making it a very fulfilling shooting experience.
