Challenging Cartethyia from Wuthering Waves this time, the core design lies in that water-like flowing texture. To restore the agility of the character, I paid special attention to the costume material, especially the translucent blue shawl, which looks incredibly layered against the backlight. The shooting scene was chosen in an outdoor area with a fountain, and the moment the water splashes blends perfectly with Cartethyia's cool temperament, as if looming in the water. The handling of light and shadow is also a highlight of this work; I chose to use the evening afterglow, making the overall tone lean towards warm orange, forming a strong contrast with the character's cold blue base tone. This cold-warm contrast is exactly the visual tension I want to express. In terms of makeup, to fit the 2D style of Wuthering Waves, I slightly intensified the eye makeup to make the gaze look more spirited. During the Photography process, in order to capture the most natural dynamics, we adjusted the position of the fountain and the model many times. Although this Cosplay process took a lot of effort in costume processing and scene selection, seeing the final effect, especially the moment light, shadow, and water splashes intertwined, really made all the effort worth it.
