[Liino cosplay] Arknights: Endfield's Little Idol Navigates Between Blue Crystals and Cyber Pods

When shooting these Liino cosplay photos, we specifically chose a studio packed with cables and mechanical structures, setting up blue crystals and a heavy base to accentuate the character's Cyberpunk tech vibe. This outfit was not easy to make—the dark blue skirt hem and white sailor-style cropped jacket paired with bright blue gloves and a purple waist pouch created a vivid color-blocking effect. Long pink curly hair combined with cat-ear headphones and elf ear props stood out strikingly under the purple-pink ambient lighting.

During the shoot, the photographer had me sit on the edge of the base or lie directly among the cluster of crystals, using high-angle and low-angle perspectives to highlight leg lines. The pairing of black Stockings and platform shoes really elongated the legs, and against the contrast of the cluttered black cables around, it delivered a powerful visual impact. I remember for the high-angle shots, I had to keep my chin tucked in the entire time to prevent my face from looking round on camera, all while maintaining the lively, dynamic gaze of a little idol—a true test of facial expression management.

Beyond standing and seated poses, we also experimented with several interactive gestures, such as making a double-handed heart, saluting, and extending a hand forward, all designed to give the composition a sense of depth and extension. The screen behind cycled character visuals, while the red metal container in front and the assorted cables on the floor made the whole setting extremely photogenic. Wearing black Stockings with a short skirt and doing relatively large movements meant worrying about wardrobe slips, so adjusting poses beforehand took quite a bit of time. It must be said that the mechanical aesthetic, cables, and high-saturation lighting truly amplified the character's atmosphere. Though the photoshoot was exhausting, seeing the final images made all the hard work worthwhile, giving me fresh insight into expressing this character through body language.
