To faithfully recreate Cirno's characteristics from Touhou Project this time, I specifically adjusted the layering of this light blue Lolita dress in advance to ensure it wouldn't look washed out or overly reflective under strong outdoor sunlight.

The costume fabrics were chosen from lightweight lace and tulle, with several layers of ruffles on the skirt hem to capture a flowing, water-wave-like motion. The large bow on the head actually used structured fabric, since high humidity near the water would quickly cause regular fabric to sag. The transparent wings on the back were made of semi-rigid acrylic material, allowing a crystal-like refraction to shine through under side lighting. The crystal prop held in hand was also specially chosen to coordinate with the overall color scheme.

On the day of the shoot, the breeze near the water was quite strong. Photographer EVAxMAGI used a very high shutter speed to capture the moments when the skirt fluttered, while fill light relied primarily on natural light reflector boards to preserve the sheer translucency of the dress tulle. The first two photos were taken sitting on rocks, utilizing water surface reflections to boost background brightness, focusing on displaying leg lines and skirt layers. The third low-angle upward shot leveraged the perspective distortion of a wide-angle lens to elongate leg proportions, which suits this short-style dress wonderfully. Although stepping barefoot onto mossy rocks was quite slippery and the water was very cold, I gritted my teeth and held the pose for several minutes to make the posture look best.

In post-processing, the focus was mainly on contrast separation between skin tones and the ambient environment, making the character stand out against the green background. I avoided excessive skin smoothing, striving to preserve the texture and crystalline luster of the tulle. Shooting in blue-and-white attire near this Outdoor water feature achieved an overall effect that harmonizes beautifully with the character's cool, aloof ambiance in this cosplay.
