This set of Tribbie photos is finally out! To faithfully capture Tribbie's lively, ethereal, and fae-like demeanor from Honkai: Star Rail, quite a bit of effort went into the styling and shoot planning beforehand. The short red wig was styled with a gentle, natural wave, then conditioned and set to avoid any stiffness while contouring cleanly around my face. The edges of the elven ear props were smoothly blended using scar wax and foundation, which, combined with luminous bright-blue contact lenses, allowed me to maintain a sprightly look in my eyes. Slight head tilts and side-glance angles helped accentuate that mystical, otherworldly fantasy aesthetic.

Regarding the outfit, the white dress fabric carries a subtle sheen that can easily catch glare in floral surroundings. Because of this, the photographer specifically used softboxes and dimmed the harsh highlights, preserving the fine details of the gold trimming, heart motifs, and cloud patterns. The asymmetric hemlines and off-the-shoulder cut were focal points as well, requiring constant checks to keep the dress smooth and wrinkle-free. The 3D accents on the chest and the tiny black collar added the perfect finishing touch to break up monotony. The long black gloves and the small golden wings perched on the shoulders brought a fantasy flair; I tailored my hand poses accordingly, lightly brushing the rim of the flower basket or turning my hand upward to project an aura of effortless grace.

With the location set in a blooming floral garden, the palette was bursting with colors—large patches of faux pink roses and purplish-pink hydrangeas formed the primary visual anchor. To keep from getting lost in the dense floral tapestry, we framed shots against white Roman pillars or dark-green wooden fences, creating strong contrast that made the character pop. Carrying the tulip flower basket served as a wonderful interactive prop, solving any awkwardness with hand placement while infusing a vibrant touch of life. For seated poses, using the step height difference to let one leg drape naturally while bending the other elongated the leg lines, allowing the white Stockings and asymmetric footwear styling to shine in front of the lens.

The second backdrop was set against a wall of pink flowers, where light filtered through petals and vines with lovely softness. Here, we explored a wider variety of full-body and medium compositions, highlighting the mismatched footwear concept: a petite black shoe with grey straps paired against a white knee-high boot, offering dynamic leg contours from diverse angles. Framing foreground blooms with a shallow depth of field deepened the sense of dimensional space. To stay aligned with the theme of 'setting out,' I kept my expressions lighthearted, relaxed, and playfully spirited. The whole shoot went exceptionally well; seeing the tulips in the basket blend with the surrounding roses truly captured that airy, exhilarating feeling of setting out on the zephyr.
