This Luckin Coffee collaboration with Castorice from Honkai: Star Rail immediately made me want to shoot a set of Casual cosplay. To match Castorice's cool yet gentle temperament, this outfit intentionally avoided complex, flashy stage performance wear, opting instead for a laid-back and casual style to interpret her.

For the hairstyle and hair color, a light purple gradient wig was used, combined with airy straight bangs and slightly curled tips, topped with a light blue bow headband as an accent to recreate the original character's dreamy feel. The pointed elf ear makeup and styling props were crucial; I paid special attention to the wearing angle so they peeked naturally from between wig strands, looking all the more lively and playful.

For the outfit, I selected a light purple off-the-shoulder cable-knit sweater—its loose and slightly relaxed silhouette is perfect for showcasing a girl's soft temperament. The lower half was paired with a gray, white, and blue plaid short skirt, carrying an innate classic school style. Fastening a black leather belt with silver metallic chain pendants perfectly balanced the sweater's soft cozy feel, adding layers and subtle personality. On my feet, white mid-calf socks and glossy brown loafers accented with bright blue bows echoed the colors of the headband and tie nicely, keeping the overall tone harmonious.

The shooting venue was chosen as a coffee shop with a minimalist interior style. I brought paper cups and tote bags themed after the Luckin Coffee collaboration as props, maximizing scene immersion and ambiance. I intentionally refrained from forcing combat or distant poses strictly from original settings, choosing instead to recreate a more grounded, everyday state—such as looking down at my phone in Photo 2 or playing with event cards in Photo 4, attempting to capture casual and effortless moments.

There might be slight OOC moments in certain poses and expressions since everyone understands characters differently, but I strove to capture her serene, gentle charm. During the shoot, light hit my face softly without harsh shadows, showcasing both makeup clarity and outfit colors beautifully. The entire process—from outfit prep to location shooting—was a true joy. Being able to recreate and express a deeply loved character through my own interpretation while participating in such a creative physical collaboration felt exceptionally meaningful.
