The second setup featured a hand-heart gesture held at the chest; my hand muscles were actually quite engaged to clasp the red heart prop while consciously keeping my shoulders dropped and relaxed to prevent stiff lines. The third set adopted an expansive, ballet-inspired extension; to accentuate the clean contour of the White stockings, leg muscles had to stay taut with toes pointed firmly downward.
