Putting on this Cosmic Solo cosplay costume, my first impression was that it is packed with details. The white lace on the hat, the blue inner lining, and the layers of the black skirt hem—both the sheen and transparency need to be managed carefully. For the hairstyle, I specially recreated the braids and sideburns from the original illustration, adding golden geometric chain accessories. Although there were many stray hairs, once neatly styled, the overall effect became highly exquisite. For today's Cosplay photography session, we chose soft natural light, which perfectly complements this blue, white, and black outfit, making the whole atmosphere feel like being immersed in pure starlight.
During the shoot, the little rabbit plushie was a prop specially prepared because Amiya's character inherently possesses a charm where softness and resilience coexist. Wearing sheer grey stockings paired with blue anklets, the sitting posture nicely showcases the character's sense of lightness. The white piano as a background was also a pleasant surprise, perfectly fitting the musical theme of this Cosmic Solo skin. To recreate this quiet atmosphere, we adjusted the lighting angles multiple times during the shoot, trying our best to make the folds on the dress and the shadows under the hat look natural and soft.
However, this outfit was indeed quite a test of physical stamina, especially balancing that large hat and arranging the skirt hem. They required repeated adjustments between shots to capture both a complete sense of layering and structure. Even though it is an Anime cosplay, I highly value the integrity of details; the styling of the wig and the color saturation of the makeup were repeatedly cross-checked against the original concept art. Challenging the Cosmic Solo theme this time was not just a process of changing outfits and taking photos for me, but a full effort to get closer to the character's calm and gentle temperament. I hope everyone can feel my focused and immersed state at that time through these photos.
