The Convention photos from Wanyou Yinli Anime Convention are finally organized, bringing out the finished set of Lady Sparkle in her maid form. Attending the convention this time was mainly to showcase this look because I felt that compared to the character's default design, this maid form is livelier in color coordination and casual daily feel, especially the twin tails with red highlights, which were extremely eye-catching when walking through the hall.

Let's start with the outfit details. The large red bow on the maid headband is a highly iconic element, which, together with the dark brown and red wig twin tails, pulled the overall aura together. For makeup, pink-purple contact lenses were paired with matching eye makeup, focusing on the red beauty mark below her left eye—a lively highlight on the face. The outfit features a red-and-white palette spliced with dark brown, with hexagonal and plum-blossom Japanese-style patterns on the sleeves and skirt, embellished with golden chains and a bell. Even the belt and blue glass bead tassels were crafted with exquisite detail. The lower half combines a White stockings cosplay element with black block-heeled Mary Jane shoes, adorned with golden tassels on the leg wraps for a strong sense of unified styling.

This photoset was taken in the studio area at the convention venue, where highly reflective floor tiles formed clear reflections, making the frame look more translucent. On-site lighting was soft, highlighting the texture of the stockings and delicate red sheer sleeves. The photographer adjusted camera positions during shooting to fully showcase Sparkle's playful and nimble personality traits. I specifically tried several different poses, including lifting one leg, sitting on a high stool with cheeks resting in hands, and close-ups tapping near my eyes, doing my best to reproduce her uninhibited, whimsical liveliness.

Wearing this Maid outfit cosplay costume at the convention felt quite special. Although the attire has many layers—sleeve covers, a belt, and keeping the twin tails neat—requiring constant care while walking so tassels and accessories didn't tangle, seeing fans who recognized the character come over for pictures, or hearing my character's name called out in hallways made it feel deeply joyful and rewarding. This moment of being recognized in the real world is precisely the most charming part of cosplay as a passion.

Speaking of the convention environment and photography experience, thanks to on-site lighting props, the quality of these Convention photos turned out much better than outdoor shoots in natural light. Since I cosplayed her maid form this time, I deliberately added more cute and playful elements into pose designs, such as holding my face in both hands or poking my cheek with a finger. Compared to the original character's slightly dangerous sense of Elation, interpreting her maid form can lean more toward sweetness and approachability—this subtle nuance in character building is something I found particularly interesting.

Overall, the faithfulness and expressiveness of this photoset met my expectations nicely. Wig wearing comfort, costume fit, and finding the best facial expressions before the camera all coordinated smoothly. Special thanks to the photographer for their patient shooting, capturing such clean frames amidst the bustling convention environment. I hope these convention photos of Maid Sparkle showcase a uniquely cute image, serving as a heartfelt homage to a character I love.
