[Iseri Nina cosplay] Girls Band Cry: Casual Riverside Moments

This set of Iseri Nina cosplay photos was completed along a riverbank and an old tunnel. For this Outdoor photography shoot, we used the Nikon Z8 paired with the Tamron 35-150mm F/2-2.8 Di III VXD lens. This lens's focal range is exceptionally practical, allowing flexible switches between wide and medium shots, and its resolving power is outstanding, retaining abundant details of the red coat and black stockings under natural outdoor light.

Starting with the costume: the red coat has great texture, with noticeable blue, white, and red stripes across the shoulders and chest. The inner layer features a Japanese uniform styling with a white shirt and black necktie, while the bottom pairs a navy pleated skirt with black tights. Because the character wears black stockings, this Black stockings cosplay specifically showcased leg lines across various angles—such as resting my chin on my hands in a squat in Photo 1, or sitting sideways on the steps in Photo 2, leveraging foreground curves and layered leg placement to beautifully flatter the silhouette. The high-waisted brown belt and platform leather shoes also elongated body proportions effectively.

The weather was overcast on the day of the shoot, providing delightfully soft light. The wire mesh fence along the river embankment and the gray-and-white high-rises in the distance provided a cool-toned backdrop that splendidly complemented the red coat. The tunnel environment carried even richer texture, where graffiti on the walls and the vanishing roadway created an impressive sense of depth. When capturing the running and bicycle sequences, the Tamron 35-150's autofocus tracking was rock solid, capturing natural dynamic motion.

Throughout the shoot, communication with the photographer focused primarily on camera positioning. Utilizing the elevation shifts of the embankment steps and the perspective lines inside the tunnel allowed my poses to feel more relaxed and expansive, accented by subtle over-the-shoulder glances and casual collar adjustments to keep the framing from feeling stiff. In post-processing, we maintained this clean, cool aesthetic while refining the contrast between red and blue to make the outfit's colors pop more purely. Overall, it was a very comfortable Outdoor photography experience that faithfully captured the character's signature mix of tsundere attitude and stubborn charm.
