[Formidable cosplay] Azur Lane's maid supremacy

This Formidable maid supremacy outfit is finally out, and I'd like to share some details of this shoot with everyone. The overall black-and-white color scheme of the costume is extremely classic, with the highlight being that row of red heart-shaped buttons on the chest, which looks exceptionally textured in person. To restore the character's doll-like feel, I deliberately chose a light gold wig and meticulously styled it. The arcs of the bangs and sideburns were adjusted many times to ensure they looked natural and fluffy under outdoor lighting.

This outfit has many layers of lace, and the skirt hem is very fluffy. After putting it on, it takes a bit of time to tidy up the layers of the petticoat. The shoes are matched with black Mary Jane high heels trimmed with lace, requiring caution when walking to prevent the heels from getting stuck in stone crevices. To showcase the texture of the white stockings and the liveliness of the skirt hem, I tried a few different poses. Like lifting the skirt hem gently as seen in the second picture, it perfectly displays the rich layers of the skirt and the leg lines. Crossing the legs slightly when standing visually makes the legs appear sleeker.

Outdoor shooting lighting is very important; this time we chose a sunny day, utilizing natural light to make the character's skin tone look more translucent. The photographer @近月的礼仪 gave a lot of suggestions on camera angle control, utilizing building lines and flower boxes as foreground elements to increase the depth of the frame. When shooting similar outdoor locations, everyone must pay attention to sun protection, while also watching out for whether the skirt hem is blown into a mess by the wind or snagged by tree branches. In terms of expression management, I tried to maintain a quiet and well-behaved demeanor, paired with a slightly innocent gaze, which fits the atmosphere of this maid outfit very well. Although the entire shooting process was a bit tiring, seeing the final photos made it all completely worthwhile.
