[Privaty Cosplay] Goddess of Victory: A Composed Perspective Beneath Cyan-Blue Twin-Tails

Putting on this dark grey Cosplay outfit and wearing those signature half-frame black-rimmed glasses, the cat paw hair ornament on my head sits right between the bangs and hairband. Today's photoset features Privaty from Goddess of Victory, where her cyan-blue twin-tail hairstyle shows great dimension under this lighting. Before shooting, I specifically readjusted the wig's curvature so the ends drape naturally over both shoulders. Combined with the black ribbon ornament on top, the overall silhouette gives off a neat yet playful vibe.

For the outfit, I chose a dark-toned top—classic and subtle, yet featuring transparent mesh panels on the sleeves. This interplay of materials adds depth to the character without letting large patches of black feel overly dull. Combined with everyday light and shadow, simply lifting my arms showcases that distinctive cool, stylish charm. During the shoot, I hid my lower body behind the table, relying solely on upper body and arm framing to project the character's temperament. This highlighted both garment details and body language through my face and hands.

As for facial expressions, the essence of this photoset lies in the eyes. I usually interact quite a bit with the camera in studio shoots, but for this look, I chose a slightly more reserved approach: resting my chin on my hand and gazing into the lens. Accentuated by the black-rimmed glasses, it creates a cool, composed, yet gently welcoming aura. For makeup, I slightly elongated the eye makeup, pairing it with the cyan-blue wig and matching contact lenses to unify my facial features within a cool color palette.

There were a few small episodes during the shoot as well. The twin-tail wig tended to get messy when walking, so every few shots, we had to refix it with hairspray and clips to ensure the pigtails remained perfectly symmetrical. The cat paw ornament on top was small but very delicate; to prevent strong glare under studio lights, we spent quite a while adjusting its angle. The wooden texture of the tabletop added a unique touch, and in post-processing, I didn't heavily clear out surrounding items, preserving a sense of lived-in atmosphere that enhances the character's everyday appeal.

Although many people feel cool, distant characters are difficult to portray, finding the inner spirit—avoiding forced cool poses and focusing on relaxed neck-and-shoulder lines alongside natural hand movements—helps convey that quiet yet powerful side. Privaty's charm lies in her calm exterior paired with a firm, vivid attitude within. Thus, while shooting this set, I tried my best to keep my expressions and movements in a genuinely relaxed state.

Upon completing the shoot, I carefully checked every photo, finding the camera chemistry much more natural than expected. The wig's vivid color is eye-catching without being tacky, creating a wonderful visual contrast against the dark grey outfit. Through this work, I hope everyone can see my effort to recreate her composed yet slightly mysterious aura. For me personally, this serves as a tangible expression of my interpretation of the character.
