Let me dive straight into the shooting process behind this Zenless Zone Zero Nico cosplay Cosplay photoshoot. During pre-shoot preparations, considerable care went into hair and makeup: the height of the twintails and the bow positioning were adjusted repeatedly, with hair clips fixed neatly along the bangs. Green colored contacts paired with the clean eye makeup crafted by Qingxu delivered fantastic results on camera. Regarding the outfit, the black leather sleeves and jacket had an edgy, structured texture; the bold black geometric graphics on the white tank top stood out vividly, and the black choker added a touch of cool flair. A vital focal point of this look was the leg styling: cutout over-the-knee Stockings combined with thigh straps and chunky platform boots visually elongated the leg contours, which was emphasized heavily during shooting. The shoot was hosted at Miyou Miaomiaowu, where red brick walls, an antique radio, and a red rotary telephone provided retro elements that harmonized effortlessly with this street style. Lounging on the leather sofa allowed relaxed poses that naturally flaunted leg lines, while lifting the red receiver inspired effortless, characterful gestures, making it easy for photographer Leng Shao to capture authentic expressions. During the session, I discussed various compositional setups with Leng Shao, such as foreground bokeh and side profiles, to add dimensional depth to the images. Makeup artist Qingxu kept the skin and eye details so clean and polished that it saved a tremendous amount of retouching effort in post-production. I have curated nine photos for this initial post, with the remaining shots still being processed. The entire shoot went smoothly, and checking the raw previews afterward, I felt thoroughly pleased with how the retro atmosphere fused with the Cunning Hares leader's persona; heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their wonderful coordination.
