Today I'm sharing the Korean AFG collaboration look for Eyjafjalla. The design of this outfit is utterly adorable, so I scheduled this photoshoot immediately after receiving it. To capture Eyja's sweet charm, I selected a flaxen wig and deliberately braided delicate side pigtails, paired with vivid red contact lenses and reddish-pink eyeshadow and blush, hoping to bring out her spirited personality.
The costume is packed with rich details: the white plush hooded jacket serves as the visual centerpiece, and I meticulously positioned both the pink-and-white ears on the hood and the red-and-green hair accessories. Beneath it, a crisp white shirt is accented with an oversized black bow tie, paired with a black pleated miniskirt. I put considerable thought into the legwear coordination as well: over-the-knee White stockings with cross-straps on the thighs, fluffy leg warmers adorned with black bows around the ankles, and chunky black platform Mary Janes together created striking dimensional layering.
We chose an open rooftop for the location, parked right beside a vintage white Toyota Crown sedan. The retro silhouette of the car created a delightfully charming visual contrast with my fluffy, plush outfit. Holding a clear umbrella and a teddy bear plushie as props, I tried high-reaching arm gestures, utilizing low-angle upward perspectives to elongate the body lines. It was rather breezy during the shoot, causing the plush jacket to billow naturally, which added an authentic touch of dynamic vitality. Today happens to be Eyja's birthday—Happy Birthday to Eyjafjalla! I hope everyone loves this collaboration styling.
