Today we finally wrapped this Amiya photoshoot themed around White Rabbit creamy candy! I had been planning a milk-scented afternoon tea concept for quite some time, and this provided the perfect chance to weave Amiya together with fond childhood memories of White Rabbit candy. After all, dealing with so much heavy work at Rhodes Island in Arknights made me want to let this little bunny sneak away to slack off and indulge in her own sweet sanctuary.
For the wardrobe, I picked this blue-white-red plaid dress, layering it with a lace-trimmed white apron to build dimension. The wig's bangs and sidelocks were trimmed into clean twintails, topped with fluffy bunny ears that infused the look with lively charm. The biggest challenge was undeniably the gigantic White Rabbit candy plush pillow: it spanned over half my body, so posing required keeping the frame light and airy while using the prop to assist composition. On my feet, I paired white mid-calf socks with glossy black Mary Jane shoes; the crisp contrast of White stockings against black footwear delivered great visual punch, giving the overall styling a touch of delicate refinement.
The shooting location was an indoor vintage-style studio featuring a wooden piano, a white angel statue, and lush floral arrangements, bathed in a cozy, warm palette. To amplify this vintage fairy tale feel, the lighting relied on soft diffused daylight by the window paired with warm golden indoor ambiance lights. Despite the abundance of floral elements, the frame remained uncluttered, complementing the subject beautifully. Small candies were scattered across the floor to add organic depth and a lived-in texture.
What left the deepest impression was the candy bag toss shot. We retook that action five or six times: because the plush pillow is irregularly shaped, capturing it suspended in midair without blocking my face heavily tested core stability. To enhance the shot's tension, I lifted my leg onto the adjacent round wooden table, which showcased the shoe-and-sock pairing while breaking free from stiff sitting poses to appear far more playful. Posing sideways holding the candy bag, leaning across the table gazing at the bunny plushie, and sitting on the floor pretending to rest all conveyed an effortless, unguarded ease. Although moving in this attire was somewhat restrictive, seeing the dynamic split-second toss frozen so crisply made every attempt worthwhile.
For makeup, I preserved Amiya's signature features, emphasizing layered eye makeup and soft cheek blush to create an aura enveloped in sweet milk fragrance. The wig was set firmly with spray to maintain fluffiness even during toss-and-catch sequences. Throughout the entire shoot, the room felt suffused with sweet warmth. This project was really about creating visual contrast—leaving Rhodes Island's heavy responsibilities outside the frame to preserve only a fairy tale moment of a little bunny sneaking sweets. The final texture was deeply satisfying, hitting my vision in both color palette and prop storytelling.
