[Firefly cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail pajama styling sharing - Image 1

This time I tried Firefly's pajama version. The color scheme of this outfit is mainly light blue, white, and light yellow, looking very refreshing. The top features a design with ruffles and puff sleeves, and the pieced fabric on the chest adds a sense of layering. To match the pajama theme, white stockings were specially paired, and anklets decorated with light blue and white plush balls, complete with small bows on the plush balls, were worn around the ankles. This detail was especially cute during the shoot, with a great on-camera effect. The lace decoration at the neckline is very delicate, and the ruffled cuff design also carries a strong girlish feel. The mini skirt on the lower body consists of multiple layers of ruffles; to capture that fluffy feel, careful storage is usually required when packing it away. The white stockings were chosen in a slightly thicker style so that the texture would be better when sitting on the bamboo daybed, while also being less prone to snagging. The plush ball anklets around the ankles are actually a highlight of this styling; although they can be a bit troublesome when walking, it's totally worth it for the sake of good photos. As for the wig, it's a silver-white with a hint of pale blue long straight hair, with plenty of hair volume. To make the top of the head look fluffier, I used quite a few hair padding inserts. The blunt bangs part was carefully combed with hairspray and setting spray to ensure no stray hairs fly around. A light-colored hair accessory was matched on top of the head, and a brown ribbon was tied on the side; these accessories were also secured with many clips to prevent them from falling off during movements. The makeup chose a relatively exquisite style, using light-colored eyeshadow combined with a bit of glitter, and the eyeliner was elongated slightly so the gaze would appear more lively and agile. The pink lip gloss chose a moisturizing type, keeping the overall makeup relatively clear and translucent. During the shoot, the photographer had me do some playful actions, such as lightly touching my cheek with my index finger and looking straight into the lens, which can showcase Firefly's lively side. A lot of thought was also put into the scene arrangement. The main prop is a light-colored bamboo daybed, with a few stalks of green bamboo placed on the right side to add a touch of natural vibe. Directly behind is a screen printed with black traditional Chinese calligraphy characters, and on the left hangs a white translucent sheer drapery. This mixed scene of two-dimensional and Chinese styles, under the coordination of light and shadow, presents a soft and dreamy visual effect. The texture of the bamboo daybed is very smooth, reflecting the light and making the entire frame look bright. Since it's a pajama theme, there's no need to be too constrained in poses. The photographer guided me to make some relaxed, playful postures, such as supporting myself on the bamboo daybed with one hand while lightly touching my cheek with the index finger of the other hand, with my head tilted slightly. This posture can well showcase the layering of the costume and the lines of the legs, while also expressing the lazy, cute atmosphere of pajamas. I really like this sense of collision blending two-dimensional elements into a traditional Chinese-style scene, which brought some novelty to the shoot. Although the character herself might not dress like this, as a fan-art-oriented extension, I think this is a very interesting creation. Overall, this photoshoot was a very happy experience; from costume preparation to scene construction, every link strived to restore and present that relaxed state.
