[CICF2026] Sailor suit Comic Convention Event Photos Return, Pairing with White stockings and Loafers is Truly Photogenic

For this CICF comic convention, I chose a very classic blue-and-white Sailor suit styling. The upper body features a white short-sleeve top with blue stripes, and the neckline was processed very neatly. It is paired with a yellow neckerchief, and for the knot, I intentionally found a small black accessory as a fixation and embellishment. To make the overall colors more harmonious, I also wore a yellow cloth headband, along with an extremely eye-catching yellow chick-shaped coin purse.

The lower body consists of a blue pleated skirt. Before heading out, I carefully pressed the skirt pleats with clamps to ensure they maintain a nice A-line silhouette while walking and posing. The leg pairing consists of pure White stockings with dark brown loafers; this combination not only makes the leg lines look smooth, but also prevents feet from feeling tired after walking around the comic convention for a whole day. The glossiness of the White stockings performed wonderfully under strong camera flash, and the texture in the returned photos is exceptionally delicate.

Wig-wise, I chose a dark brown bob with blunt bangs, with the hair ends given a natural inward-curved treatment. Wearing it on the head requires careful adjustment of the edges to make the hairline look more natural. Accompanied by a pair of large black-frame round glasses, the 2D anime feel of the entire styling instantly comes alive, and round-frame glasses also wonderfully refine the face shape visually, making the facial features look softer. In terms of makeup, I mainly emphasized the cleanliness and translucency of the base makeup, used a bit of earth-toned eyeshadow to deepen the eye contours, chose a natural lip shade with low saturation, and matched it with the overall obedient, cute style.

At the CICF2026 site this time, although there were tons of people, the atmosphere was exceptionally great. The material of this Sailor suit is relatively breathable, so walking around inside the exhibition hall didn't feel stuffy. When striking poses, I tried some playful actions, such as pinching the glasses frames with both hands, making a viewfinder shape in front of my chest, or holding both hands on either side of my head. These actions not only make the photos look more vivid but also wonderfully showcase the clothing's tailoring and accessory details.

Regarding how to make this seemingly simple outfit stand out at a comic convention, I also have a few little insights. First is color uniformity; the yellow neckerchief, headband, and bag echo each other splendidly, breaking the monotony of the blue-and-white color scheme. Second is the utilization of props, such as the chick bag—not only is it a cute decoration, but it can also be used to hold a mobile phone or makeup retouching tools, making it extremely practical. When taking pictures at the comic convention venue, finding good angles and light sources is also crucial; strong light wonderfully highlights the texture of the White stockings and the flatness of the Sailor suit fabric. Every comic convention is a wonderful opportunity to communicate with fellow enthusiasts, discussing how to take great photos and how to coordinate styles together, and this atmosphere is truly wonderful. This photo set was shot against a relatively dark background found on-site, and turning on the flash instead made the subject stand out more prominently, while better capturing the clothing's details.

Comic convention event photo returns test clothing details and makeup completeness the most. Under strong light, this outfit features very sharp color contrast, and the blue skirt paired with the yellow neckerchief is extremely eye-catching.
