The day of this Sea breeze-themed shoot had impossibly good weather, with just the right amount of coastal breeze. I chose this Sailor suit styling for Rem; the semi-sheer white gauze top looked genuinely textured under the sun, and shooting by the sea offered great breathability without feeling stuffy. The blue-and-white stripes paired with the yellow neckerchief looked visually refreshing. The styling of blue hair accented with pink cross hairpins was a highlight; capturing the moment of hair fluttering in the Sea breeze alongside photographer @SENMEi's snapshot skills resulted in very natural final photos.
Although the inflatable swim ring I held was a great prop, to be honest, it was bulky and heavy, requiring some physical stamina to hold up for poses. The over-the-knee White stockings and pleated skirt were the charming points of this look, flattering the leg lines nicely while walking on the sandy beach and showing off contours from different angles. To recreate a doll-like texture, the choice of makeup and colored contacts was crucial—the makeup was kept delicate to ensure it wouldn't look too shiny under strong sunlight by the water.
During the shoot, I ran across the beach several times, and the feeling of seawater lapping at my ankles was subtle and unique; but to get the desired shots, all that effort was completely worth it. Because the coastal lighting was fantastic today, the raw photos were already very clear and luminous; post-processing mainly involved slight refinements to skin texture while preserving the clean, azure undertones of the seaside. Outdoor shooting really tests physical stamina and focus, especially keeping the wig in place amid the Sea breeze. Thankfully, the final result is satisfying, and the memories of walking along the shore in this outfit are vivid. After all, cosplay for me is not just roleplay, but a real experience of adapting my state in various environments, and today's set of photos documented many fun moments.
