Choosing to shoot Robin's original skin in the River of Oblivion scenery was mainly to replicate that serene and sacred atmosphere as much as possible. For the set design, I referenced many in-game elements: white Roman columns, deep blue flowers, and wrought-iron birdcage props. For the colors, I intentionally chose a cool blue-and-white palette to match the Halovian temperament—ethereal and slightly detached.

To stay true to the design, I made some subtle adjustments to the brow and eye contours for the wig and makeup. The overall look leans toward a translucent and clean aesthetic without an overload of colors, and the subtle shimmer under the eyes was a carefully considered detail. Capturing the fabric texture required layered lighting, especially for the satin skirt hem, the semi-transparent white inner lining, and the patchwork parts of the plush cuffs. During the shoot, it took quite some time to coordinate with the photographer @炒方便面 to beautifully bring out the contrasting textures of these different materials.

The preparation cycle for this original skin Robin was indeed long. From costume customization to accessory polishing, the halo overhead and the gradient feathers by the ears went through several rounds of molding and coloring adjustments, all to capture the character's soft look. Before the shoot, I also analyzed the lightweight posture characteristics in her official splash art, paying close attention to keeping my shoulders and back relaxed and extending my hand movements naturally. During the shoot, we utilized the reflected natural light on-site, harmoniously blending the dominant blue tones with the metallic reflections of the accessories.

I feel the most interesting part of cosplay is reifying a fictional character in reality. Complemented by the hazy setting of the River of Oblivion scenery, I tried to keep my movements and gaze restrained, leaning toward the character's coexistence of detachment and gentleness. I'm quite satisfied with the final photos overall; it was a highly dedicated faithful recreation of the original skin.
