The ensemble features a sleeveless red bodice trimmed with white ruffled lace, layered pleating across the chest, and an elaborate oversized crimson bow stitched with golden ribbons, pink roses, and lace frills secured by concealed hairpins. Twin bunches of straight black locks, framed by blunt bangs and side tendrils, complement the swaying crimson tassels.

A translucent foundation is paired with elongated eye contours, subtle reddish eyeshadow washes, and soft nude-pink lips to capture Reimu's aloof yet indomitable spirit during Hakurei border incidents.
