For this Azur Lane Cheshire cosplay costume, the overall style chosen was a heavy dress style intertwining deep blue and pure white. When fully dressed, the heavy feel of the clothing was very obvious, especially the huge white-and-gold-patterned bow on top of the head. Its center of gravity was high, placing extremely high demands on the wig's fixation and head balance. The wig features a gray base with bright cyan-blue highlights, trimmed with blunt bangs, and after wearing bright blue contact lenses, the character's facial features were basically established. The shooting location was chosen to be a modern indoor architecture with a huge glass curtain wall on the left. Utilizing the naturally filtered cool light source, combined with the gray-and-white checkered floor tiles on the ground, it nicely set off the multi-layered lace details of the skirt hem, making the frame look clean and layered. The aperture was opened relatively wide, with shooting stands and equipment faintly visible in the background; the overall environment was suitable for great photo output. To showcase the dynamic feel of the skirt, I tried actions like lifting the skirt while walking and lifting one leg. Because the fluffiness of the skirt hem was extremely high, every turn and step required controlled amplitude to avoid stepping on the skirt edge. Meanwhile, maintaining a chest-out, stomach-in posture while wearing this outfit for a long time actually consumed quite a bit of physical stamina. The huge golden bell prop held in my hand was also quite heavy, wrapped in silver-gray tulle on the outside; arm strength was required during shooting to make it look effortless. In terms of makeup, no overly complex modifications were made; the focus was on deepening the eye contours, matching with contact lenses to give the gaze a stronger sense of focus. The lips used flesh-pink, leaning towards a clean and natural overall makeup feel, so that even with exaggerated headwear, the visual center of gravity could still remain on the face. The white lace long stockings and garter rings matched on the lower body showed great detail performance under light and shadow, forming a sharp contrast with the dark skirt hem. The lighting direction at the site was relatively fixed, so the photographer made many adjustments to the camera positions, alternating between front and side camera angles. Conducting high-intensity shooting under such complex wear and tear indeed accumulated a lot of insights regarding costume organization and posture control. Every press of the shutter was an effort to restore the texture of this styling, and the overall photo output effect met expectations. This was a very fulfilling Convention photos shooting record.
