Putting on this white rose gown makes me feel completely immersed in a European classical ambiance. The location for this shoot has a great sense of storytelling; the red velvet curtains and black grand piano are simply a perfect match. The overall tone is a warm yellow, looking as if sunlight is spilling in through old-fashioned window frames.

As the Perfumer, I specially brought along that iconic crystal magic wand prop, trying to recreate the character's elegant yet slightly mysterious temperament in front of the lens. The wig was styled with a side braid, combined with a pearl necklace and lace gloves, filling it with meticulous details.

During the shoot, the chemistry between me and the photographer @暴走追随 was seamless. He is amazing at catching the light, especially in those few shots where I'm pressing the keys by the piano, where the play of light and shadow beautifully traced the texture of the gold embroidery on the hemline. The cut of this white dress fits my silhouette very closely, and the off-the-shoulder design along with a large amount of fabric white roses gives it a rich sense of layering, making both wide shots and close-ups look stunning.

Actually, the hardest part of cosplay is not just recreating the costume, but grasping the facial expressions. I practiced in front of the mirror for a very long time to capture that vibe of the Perfumer—composed yet carrying a faint melancholy.

The final photos turned out exceptionally high quality. Although the outfit was complex and the poses were quite tiring, seeing myself in the camera looking exactly like the Perfumer made it feel like everything was worth it. The world of Identity V itself possesses that kind of Gothic elegance, and attempting to recreate the character using a real-scene setting was a very interesting creative process. I hope to convey that unique sense of quietness and nobility of the Perfumer in the manor through this set of photos.
