The design details of this outfit are actually very thoughtful: the large pink bow on the chest and the white wide lapel create visual layering, while the white vest-style waist cincher with buttons nicely flatters body proportions. The sleeves are puffy white bubble sleeves, paired with extensive white ruffled lace along the hem, creating a very soft overall ambiance. The wig selected is a light pink mixed with silver-white big curly Twintails, where the air bangs and side-dyed layers trim the face shape just right, together with the white multi-layer flower headpiece on top, matching the color tone of the skirt very cohesively. To complement the sweetness of this look, the makeup used a pinkish-brown palette, with naturally magnifying contact lenses and noticeable blush presenting a visually energetic and lively state.

Working with photographer NightDiva was quite smooth this time; he is adept at capturing dynamic moments and likes using different camera angles to present the subject—such as high-angle shots, wide-angle shots, and the one where I held a phone equipped with a fill light pretending to take a selfie. It happened to be slightly overcast, so the soft diffused natural light hitting my face was very gentle, preventing the pink color of the skirt from appearing overly neon. In terms of props, I held a white smartphone mounted with a circular portable fill light to brighten my skin tone in dimmer conditions. Our main shooting area this time was the outdoor plaza and walkway with greenery near Anime Star City. With many passersby and convention-goers around, we tried our best to avoid crowded foot traffic during shooting, utilizing background green trees and gray floor tiles to build up the environment. The hemline length of the dress fell right at mid-thigh, paired with white ankle socks and white round-toe bow Mary Jane shoes, making leg proportions look longer in full-body shots.

When posing, I wanted to convey a lively yet unpretentious feel—for example, holding the phone with one hand on my hip, or standing quietly with legs crossed, which nicely holds up the silhouette of the dress. My favorite is the final shot of jumping in the air; the moment the shutter snapped, the double-layered hem spread outward like a pink-and-white cloud. This dynamic capture really tested the photographer's anticipation as well as my stability upon landing. There is also the high-angle shot with both hands making V signs, which offers a particularly intimate and adorable perspective. The entire set of photos did not use overly exaggerated post-processing color grading, mainly preserving the original colors and lighting layers to highlight the soft pink quality of the Sweet outfit itself.

Although the surroundings near Anime Star City are not a specialized studio set, combining such casual and effortless outdoor street scenes actually makes this cosplay performance feel more filled with life, without giving people a strong sense of distance. A small tip for shooting this clothing style: if you want to capture the fluffiness of the skirt, it's best to have side light or top light from below so the lace shadows on the skirt edge become three-dimensional rather than blurring into a blob. From makeup and hair styling to stepping out, finishing the shoot, and simple organization, the whole process took about half a day. Although the lighting oscillated between bright and dim that day, fortunately, the overall output turned out quite well. Trying different movements and expressions allows the same outfit to showcase more styles. Going out for outdoor shoots lately truly lets one experience a joy different from indoor studio sessions—wearing clothes you love out in public and recording them in favorite corners of the city is precisely the satisfaction that daily cosplay brings.
