This photo series covered a considerable span, using four different outdoor locations to harmonize with the costumes' color schemes. To highlight the black-and-red feather ornaments and the White stockings details beneath the light-colored long dress, we spent a long time fine-tuning the wardrobe pairing and wig styling beforehand. Shooting by the seaside, the wind was exceptionally strong; headpieces and wigs were frequently blown into disarray, requiring us to repeatedly run over and adjust angles. Combined with the weight of the wigs, it was a real test of stamina. Transitioning to the snowy landscape, temperatures plummeted. To ensure optimal shooting results, we could only bundle up in heavy coats between takes; the White stockings on our feet looked remarkably delicate and thin against the winter cold. The garden series was our favorite across all the looks. It was timed precisely when afternoon light was at its softest; the purple flowers and lush green foliage in the background accentuated the chromatic layers of the garments flawlessly. To prevent accidental slips while shooting, multiple layers were worn inside and out—though stuffy and warm, it guaranteed the photoshoot's quality. The structured tailoring of this outfit was relatively stiff and not easy to walk around in, especially with multiple tiers of sheer tulle that easily caught on roadside shrubs. For the two-person collaborative shots, eye contact was surprisingly challenging because we had to juggle composition and facial expressions simultaneously, so we took plenty of time getting into character. During post-processing retouching, special attention was paid to light and shadow texture, avoiding exaggerated body elongation or beauty filters, leaning instead toward preserving authentic luster and fabric grain. Furthermore, Outdoor photography takes a heavy toll on stockings; to preserve visual perfection, we brought several spare pairs of stockings. Mindful of the audience for this two-person dynamic, compositions balanced close-ups and full-body shots—featuring both interlocking gazes in close-up and full-length framings displaying legs and White stockings. In the snow photos, to evoke that pristine, chilly ambiance, everyone worked with exceptional synergy, to the point where nobody dared speak above a whisper on set. Although exhausting throughout, seeing these final Anime cosplay photos makes every bit of hard work feel completely worthwhile.
