This time shooting Salter's casual outfit styling, a lot of thought went into selecting the costume materials. The deep blue satin fabric naturally brings an upscale sense of draping in front of the lens, but it's very prone to reflection under outdoor natural light, which requires the photographer to pay special attention to light refraction when finding angles. To avoid reflections ruining the picture texture, we mostly chose back-lighting from the side or slightly darker environments for shooting, which instead better highlights the fabric's luster and dark pattern details.

The wig was trimmed into shoulder-length straight hair with blunt bangs. To make it look more natural, I thinned and smoothed it out in advance. The large deep blue bow at the back of the head is a minor focal point of this styling; fixing it required using many hair clips to support its shape, ensuring it wouldn't collapse when walking and posing. In terms of makeup, I deepened the eye contour lines, chose light brown contact lenses, and paired them with a slightly upturned eyeliner, trying to approach the character's aloof state carrying a hint of distance. The lip color used a matte lip tint leaning toward true red, forming a bit of contrast with the overall cool-toned palette.

The black long sword prop in hand feels quite heavy, and the red dark patterns on the surface are crafted very delicately. When holding the sword with both hands, due to the prop's weight, wrist and arm strength are needed to control balance so that the poses in the photos don't look stiff. The first and second pictures adopted a side-glancing-back angle, mainly aiming to utilize the cutout back design to showcase the lines of the shoulders, neck, and back. The halter-neck style has relatively high requirements for shoulder and neck conditions, so before the shoot, I also did some stretching exercises to make the muscle lines look more relaxed.

The third front-facing sitting posture is more about showcasing the complete structure of the costume and the spread-out effect of the skirt hem. The white vine patterns on the chest are printed directly onto the fabric; when sitting down, the folds of the skirt hem happen to expand the pattern, presenting a very neat and regular symmetrical beauty. The wide lace choker around the neck and the sleevelets on the arms—these small accessories nicely enrich the layers of the overall styling. The entire process involved constantly adjusting the range of movements and the direction of the sword, hoping to convey the character's aura in a relatively restrained manner.
