Finally brought this Artoria Pendragon (Alter) (Lancer) project to life, spending nearly a month in preparation from start to finish. Because this design leans heavily toward form-fitting combat gear with mecha accents, it places strict demands on bodily curves, leading me to begin dietary control and posture conditioning half a month in advance. The moment the costume arrived, I tried it on immediately; the fabric has a subtle stretch that made getting into it quite an effort, but the tailoring fit like a second skin—especially around the waist and midriff, requiring zero liquid distortion in post-production.

The wig was a major centerpiece of this styling; perfecting this long, pin-straight platinum blonde hair required considerable trimming and setting time. The rabbit-ear headpieces atop the crown were not flimsy plush, but structured, rigid pieces with a metallic sheen fastened with hair clips; while slightly heavy to wear, they achieved striking three-dimensional presence. For makeup, the focus was placed on sharp eye contours and rich lip color, aiming to cultivate an imposing presence tinged with subtle arrogance.

When studio lights illuminated the set on shoot day, the blue mecha fragment embellishments on the garment reflected light with stunning brilliance, creating a textural contrast against the deep purple plush shawl. The black fishnet Stockings and patent leather stiletto heels on the lower half acted as absolute miracle workers for elongating leg lines. To compose compelling frames, I explored various seating postures on a tall stool, largely using core strength to maintain balance while calibrating the angle of crossed legs multiple times—aiming to appear natural while showcasing the texture of the fishnets and the glossy sheen of the heels.

The shooting session went exceptionally smoothly; the photographer resonated deeply with the cool glamour I wanted, completing the shoot against a clean white backdrop using minimalist lighting setups. Although posing in high heels was exhausting and my thighs went slightly numb from being crossed for prolonged periods, seeing the predatory sharpness in my gaze and the sculpted silhouettes in the final selects made every ounce of effort worthwhile. We applied intentional restraint when channeling the character's presence this time, skipping overly elaborate sets to let the imagery focus purely and intensely on the subject herself.
