Shooting this white-and-purple Maid outfit cosplay this time involved quite a few detail adjustments. To better fit the character's temperament, I specifically chose light chiffon spliced with lace, making the overall look dimensional without feeling clunky. The headpiece features a hand-stitched white lace headband paired with a purple bow, color-coordinating with the bell choker around the neck. That bell rings crisply when walking, so I paid extra attention to angles during shooting to avoid interfering with sound recording.

For makeup, I refrained from overly heavy colors, leaning toward a clear peach palette. Eyeshadow featured soft brown and light purple gradients, combined with contact lenses to soften my gaze—since the character is inherently a healing type, overly sharp eyes would feel out of place. The wig was a custom light brown long straight style, with fluffy animal ear structures built onto both sides of the top, paired with that long brown tail behind me. Supported by soft wire inside, the tail could bend into various arcs; during dynamic shots, it swayed along with my body, creating a very fun live-action effect for an Animal tail moe girl.

The location setting was a pure white European-style studio with Roman pillars, cascading white drapes, and golden frames serving as foreground accents. Such a bright and airy environment placed high demands on lighting, so the photographer used a large softbox for front lighting to make the skin look fairer while crisply rendering the purple trims and pleat shadows on the dress. For stockings, I chose sheer white thin tights that created a hazy allure without looking bulky. High heel soles were anti-slip treated because mirror-like studio floors were slippery; balancing on one leg shifted the center of gravity to my toes, testing leg strength—luckily, I practice standing postures regularly.

The entire shoot took about three hours, with two touch-ups in between mainly to maintain transparent clarity in lip color and blush. I prepared flowers and lace props, but ultimately retained only the golden frame and birdcage as accents to prevent clutter. Post-processing avoided excessive liquefying, focusing on unifying skin tones and white balance while preserving fabric textures for a natural look. I often practice twirling and skirt-lifting arcs in front of the mirror.

Between shoot breaks, I tried various facial expressions, ranging from gentle smiles to slightly parted-lip misty looks. The final trio selected embodies three distinct moods while maintaining stylistic unity.
