This set of red, black, and gold Military Lolita outfit completely struck my heart at first glance. The overall design combines the rugged and upright nature of a military uniform with the exquisite gorgeousness of Lolita just right; the collision of dark red velvet fabric and black maxes out the texture under the lighting.

Looking closely at the details of the costume, the top is a dark red high-collared uniform, with the chest covered in complex golden cross-shaped embroidery and metal buttons, and the golden tassel epaulets on the shoulders add a sense of majesty. The large black cape with gold edges worn outside is an absolute plus; as long as you move a little and the cape flutters, the aura of the whole person is completely different. The complex golden waist chain and metal buckle around the waist not only enrich the layers, but also make the overall styling full of heavy-industry craftsmanship. The black military peaked cap on the head is the soul accessory, adorned with golden badges and chains, giving an immediate sense of condescending oppression once worn.

To match this outfit, I also put a lot of effort into the makeup and styling. The black blunt-bangs bob wig has its hair ends trimmed crisply and neatly. The eye makeup used reddish-brown contact lenses, deepened the contour of the outer eye corners, lifted the eyeliner, and paired with true red lipstick, practicing several cold and stern gazes in front of the mirror, all to showcase that ruthless, arrogant aristocratic temperament.

The shooting location was chosen in an extremely retro European-style study room. The dark red tufted velvet sofa brings its own sense of luxury, the dark wooden bookshelf behind it is filled with books with gold-stamped spines, the huge gold-framed oil painting on the wall, and the gorgeous crystal floor lamp emitting a warm yellow halo beside it—every single detail matches this Military Lolita outfit perfectly.

Props prepared included a slender cold-weapon long sword and a few delicate red roses. The sharpness of the sword and the softness of the roses formed a strong contrast. During the shoot, I fixed the roses near the hilt, held the hilt, or let the cape unfold in the wind. The perspective in Figure 3 is one I particularly like; utilizing the high-slit skirt hem design of the outfit itself, it appropriately showcases the leg lines, paired with black stockings, giving this originally somewhat rugged styling a sudden hint of sexiness.

The photographer's lighting was extremely professional, using dramatic rim lighting to outline the figure, while highlighting the depth of the velvet fabric after absorbing light, as well as the reflective texture of the metal parts. The high-saturation red, black, and gold tones, coupled with the dark background, gave the entire set of photos an extremely strong visual impact. Although this equipment is very heavy to wear and swinging the long sword requires quite a bit of physical strength, seeing the cool and stunning version of myself in the final photos gives me a real sense of achievement.
