[Shuten-Doji cosplay] Fate/Grand Order: Recreating Madness Beneath the Night Sky

These outdoor night-scene Convention photos of my Shuten-Doji cosplay are finally organized. The shoot took place on a grassy lawn spanning dusk into night, where cool-toned flash photography sharply isolated the subject from the background. Regarding makeup and styling, the long wavy purple hair styled with braids, red-and-black headpiece, iconic twin red horns, crimson eye makeup, and violet contact lenses delivered immense visual impact.

The costume was crafted primarily from deep blue satin, which yielded gorgeous reflective textures under the flash; it featured a daring low-cut neckline paired with blue-and-gold accessories, a red collar lining, and generous white ruffles trimming the waist and sleeves. Because the character design incorporates subtle Zombie motifs, the poses deliberately emphasized a blend of unhinged madness and languid body language. Holding seated poses, leg extensions, and raised-hand gestures was quite physically challenging, especially while trailing a massive paper scroll prop behind me, which easily caught on the grass during movement.

However, the final deliverables turned out wonderfully: the cool-toned environment captured subtle shifts of fabric luster while nailing the character's signature aura. This was a truly special Cosplay experience, and I hope these visuals faithfully convey the Fate/Grand Order character's distinctively eerie, intoxicating allure.
