The theme for this shoot was set as a blue-and-white plaid Bunny girl styling. For the wardrobe, I chose a light blue bodysuit lined with extensive white lace trims along the edges and criss-cross ties across the chest, flattering the silhouette without feeling overly exposed. The plush bunny ear headband served as the visual highlight of the entire look, lined with blue checkered fabric on the inside and finished with bows at the base; the fuzzy texture added youthful charm to the traditionally sensual Bunny girl aesthetic. Echoing the primary color scheme, a lace choker adorned the neck, light blue knit sleeves covered the arms, thigh garters paired with White fishnet stockings, and white bow-accented high heels completed the footwear. For hair, I kept sleek, long straight black hair with blunt bangs, focusing makeup on soft eyeshadow gradients that enlarged the eyes while keeping the overall complexion luminous and clean.
Photographer Xingqi was exceptionally skilled at capturing light and shadow. The entire set was arranged inside a pink bedroom, where natural sunlight diffused gently through sheer curtains, forming lovely tonal depth against the warm walls. The brown teddy bear on the bed served not only as a backdrop prop but also as a fantastic interactive companion during posing. I explored several distinct poses throughout the shoot. The first set involved sitting on the bed resting one hand on my shoulder while looking straight into the lens, which beautifully showcased the bodice details and neck-and-shoulder contours. The second set featured hugging the teddy bear and extending it toward the camera, adding lively warmth to the composition. The third had me sitting sideways along the edge of the bed with one leg extended and the other bent, fully highlighting the coordination of the White fishnet stockings and high heels while elongating leg proportions. Lastly, lying prone on the bed resting my cheek on one hand with calves kicked up behind me accentuated curves, evoking a relaxed, cuddly, and sweet vibe alongside the plush toys.
During the session, I strived to keep movements relaxed and natural, avoiding rigid posed postures. The blue-and-white color palette inherently carries a fresh, sweet aura, which, combined with the tactile collision of plush fabrics and delicate lace, allowed this Bunny girl cosplay to maintain an alluring appeal while preserving an adorable 2D charm. The dessert stands and gift boxes placed around the pink room further enriched the background, bringing complete, balanced visual depth to the entire set in Anime-style photography.
