This blue-and-white Roxy cosplay pajama Cosplay photoshoot handles the color tones with a relatively soft touch. Since the costume this time leans toward a home-style and daily look, I heavily emphasized the lighting and atmosphere during the shoot, hoping to present the character's private, relaxed, lazy, yet cute state.

Speaking of this outfit, the light blue long hair and thick twin braids are the essence. This time, I specially picked a wig with relatively lightweight hair strands, combined with the iconic sticking-up ahoge on top of the head, to recreate that slightly disheveled texture from the original work as much as possible. The animal ears hair accessory chosen this time features a fluffy material, echoing the light blue main color palette and adding to the overall softness. For the makeup, I selected a fairly clear base makeup paired with blue colored contact lenses, focusing on emphasizing the brightness of the eye makeup to maintain transparency without looking overly heavy.

The costume is a white off-the-shoulder nightdress with a lace-up design at the neckline. This style was chosen because it both fits the home pajama setting and beautifully accentuates the neck and shoulder lines through its off-the-shoulder cut, making the overall temperament appear lighter. Paired with white ruffled socks, the barefoot setting actually adds a sense of home life. The fine chain necklace around the neck serves as an embellishment, avoiding the potential monotony of a pure white garment.

I really love the indoor set arrangement for this shoot. The white wooden window frames and cotton-linen textured bedding established a bright and fresh tone overall. The foreground was decorated with a large number of brightly colored flowers, including purple and yellow hydrangeas and daisies, serving as background wall decorations to make the entire frame look vibrant and full of color contrast. The curtains utilized a fine, soft translucent white gauze, softening the natural light entering the room and making the light and shadow transitions across the photos exceptionally even.

In choosing poses, I intentionally avoided overly exaggerated movements to stay as close as possible to the "pajama" theme. For example, kneeling on the bed while holding a braid with one hand, sitting sideways on the windowsill soaking in the natural light, or half-reclining against the headboard—these poses better match the character's expected sense of relaxation, making it easier for the photographer to capture the interaction between my gaze and the lens. One composition where I stand by the window holding a watering can was meant to blend in elements of a garden afternoon, giving the scene more of an extension of life.

For the post-processing, I lowered the overall contrast and increased the purity of whites and blues in the frame, giving the entire look a dreamy, soft-focus effect. This Cosplay photoshoot can be called a challenge of focusing on details, with every effort made from hair, makeup, and styling to the scene arrangement to match the character's original gentle temperament. I hope everyone likes this set of staying-at-home moments captured in the afternoon glimmer.
