Getting straight to the point, this set of photos featuring white hair, blue eyes, and pearl wings went through a very meticulous refinement process from look confirmation to the final edits.

For the wig, this white hair styling chose a material with a silvery sheen. The curl and arc of the hair strands required repeated styling to achieve this full yet breathable airy feel. The stylist paid special attention to balance when handling the layers at the top of the head and the hair ends, retaining height without making the overall look appear bulky.

The makeup design discarded large areas of highlight embellishments, using deep sea blue as the base color paired with slight smoky blending to create a cool and focused gaze. The most special part is the few dimensional, shiny flakes on the face, resembling frozen tear streaks. This design not only emphasizes the shattered vulnerability in the character's personality but also presents an excellent refraction effect under the camera flash. The lip color chose a matte shade close to the skin tone, keeping the entire face clean and sharp.

For the props, the long blade was treated with a feather-like texture and brushed with a pearlescent finish, allowing it to have a self-glowing effect even in dark areas. The pearl string accessories on the neck were strung by hand one by one; they are indeed quite heavy, but they also happen to anchor the costume, keeping the overall styling center of gravity stable and making it look more gorgeous for this wing theme.

Regarding the on-site lighting, the low-key high-contrast setup combined with the primary light source from the upper left created a sense of floating particles in the environment. To match the cold and slightly melancholic atmosphere in the photos, the overall saturation and hue were directionally adjusted in post-processing, unifying the primary palette among silver-white, cold gray, and deep blue.

As a cosplay shoot leaning towards an artistic direction for the 2D Vision Project, the core of this attempt lay in balancing the weight of the styling with the breathability of the overall frame. Whether it was makeup or lighting, we were trying to find ways to prevent the silver-white from overexposing and losing details. This kind of experience is highly worth sharing with other fellow enthusiasts.
