Completed the shoot for Remielle from Zenless Zone Zero at a white studio in Zhanjiang. This Studio shoot mainly used a pure gray gradient backdrop, which worked wonderfully to accentuate the white wings and costume. To showcase the wings in their most natural form, I spent considerable time smoothing the feathers beforehand to ensure there were no creases. The wings themselves were quite heavy; once equipped, I had to continuously recalibrate my center of balance to maintain an elegant seated posture. For the makeup, to harmonize with the character's elf ears, special attention was given to the color transition around the auricle, which, paired with the short pink hair, made the look instantly recognizable. The outfit featured white frill designs complemented by a blue choker accent, offering exquisite detail. Pairing sheer White stockings with high heels elongated the legs, visually enhancing my proportions. During the shoot, crossing my legs helped showcase these wardrobe highlights. Photographer Huanghun handled the lighting impeccably—especially the rim lighting on the back wings, which brought out the layered texture of the feathers completely, while scattered feathers across the floor elevated the entire mood. The session went very smoothly, and the white studio environment made post-processing remarkably convenient. This costume demanded high precision in body positioning, requiring numerous micro-adjustments to keep the fabric draping smoothly. From low-angle perspectives, facial expressions had to remain relaxed and natural to avoid looking stiff, while conveying a subtle touch of the character's playful charm. Every tiptoe and stretch helped convey the airy lightness of the ensemble. With the shutter clicking continuously, I became fully immersed in the role. Although bearing the weight of the wings for so long was exhausting, seeing the perfectly composed shots on the display screen made every moment worthwhile. Throughout this Studio shoot experience, I gained fresh insights into lighting angles and prop synergy, and solid backstage support made sustaining the character's presence far easier.
