[Burnice cosplay] Charlie's Angel of Zenless Zone Zero, Convention Photos Sharing

The convention floor photos of my Burnice cosplay from Zenless Zone Zero are finally sorted out! The entire shooting process went super smoothly, and thanks to photographer LWRYAN's candid snaps on-site, I picked this set of photos to post as Convention photos. The combination of leather jacket, rocket launcher props, and twin tails indeed drew a lot of attention from fellow fans and photographers on the convention floor. To be honest, there's always a trade-off between costume accuracy and comfort in this Cosplay outfit, but to capture the character's strong aura as closely as possible, we poured tons of effort into makeup, hair, and props.

Starting with the costume: the inner piece is a sleeveless cropped top in black-and-red color blocking, featuring a firm flame-pattern heat transfer print on the chest. Paired with this textured black glossy leather jacket, the silver metal rivets on the shoulders and collar give the overall look a punk, street-style edge. The lower half features a black leather pleated mini skirt decorated with striking red spike patterns along the hem. Leather straps and metal buckles ornament the thighs, while the silver metallic pointed toes of the over-the-knee high-heeled boots add a powerful punch. The jacket's waist-fitted tailoring combined with these strap elements visually elongates body proportions, highlighting the character's bold, spunky, and stylish demeanor.

Let's talk about the handheld props and backpack—they really are the centerpiece of this character's look. The two special-effects firearms were crafted with great care, featuring orange-to-copper gradient paint, a weathered spray-nozzle texture, and bold red 'FIRE' lettering, carrying substantial weight in hand. The large white mechanical energy tank on my back, despite adding noticeable weight to carry around, instantly boosts character recognition through its visual presence in photos. Shuttling around and holding poses with this full set of gear at the bustling convention floor took a clear toll on physical strength, but seeing the final shots made all the prep work feel utterly worthwhile.

For makeup, I tried rich red eyeshadow blending and eyeliner paired with pink contact lenses to faithfully recreate her eyes. The hair features a bright light-gold twin-tail wig topped with red-framed sunglasses and wooden-textured hair accessories. Though venue lighting was tricky, the photographer skillfully controlled reflections off the leather jacket through lighting and angles, presenting costume textures and metallic hardware details beautifully.

Regarding composition, LWRYAN really knows how to capture the dynamic beauty of characters. Whether squatting with guns raised, sitting relaxed against props, or standing on one leg in a combat stance, the photos captured that unique Anime-style photography atmosphere on the convention floor. Even with bustling crowds in the background, tight focus and depth-of-field control kept the subject crisp without clutter. The allure of anime culture lies precisely in these attempts to bring fictional characters into reality. Walking around the convention in this leather outfit, I truly felt the immersive magic of anime becoming real.
