For posing, I chose a posture holding the folding fan naturally lowered, body slightly angled, with gaze drifting just off-camera. This avoided looking overly forced while perfectly presenting the deep-V design, fur collar, and glove details within the frame. Slight adjustments to the neck and shoulder angles were also necessary during shooting to harmonize the fan with facial expressions. The photographer captured the light impeccably—preventing blown highlights without losing shadow detail—and this enveloping light and shadow made the styling appear noble with an enigmatic, aloof aura.
