[Sunna Cosplay] Mint Green and Pink-White Stripes in Zenless Zone Zero, Today is a Shining Day Too

Shooting Sunna from Zenless Zone Zero this time! This outfit presents a real challenge in color coordination: the clash between the mint green wig and pink-and-white stripe elements, combined with the pure white shirt and black multi-layered tulle skirt, creates a wide visual spectrum.

Upon receiving the costume, the first thing that caught my eye was this mint green color. It isn't a harsh fluorescent neon green, but a soft pastel green with a subtle muted undertone, looking like a fluffy mint candy. The hairstyle features loose wavy curls with a small side ponytail, decorated at the base with a mint-colored ribbon. The black-and-white patterned forehead sticker or headpiece is also fascinating; its geometric style adds a unique contrast to the sweet overall aesthetic.

The red tie at the collar serves as a striking visual anchor in this Anime cosplay, complete with white paw prints that look incredibly vibrant alongside the classic red-black-white palette. The top section consists of a short-sleeved white shirt with subtle ruffled cuffs. The black tutu skirt has excellent texture, supported underneath by layers of stiff crinoline mesh that give the hemline a rich silhouette, maintaining its voluminous shape whether standing or sitting, while moving with beautiful dimensionality.

The most eye-catching accessory of the entire outfit has to be the pair of white wings. While standing, I angled my body slightly so the pink hard-shell backpack and side grommet details could enter the frame, while allowing the white wings to peek out from behind my shoulders to extend visual composition.

Regarding lighting, this Studio portrait shoot utilized a high-key pure white environment with softboxes casting even illumination, perfectly outlining the texture of the mint green hair strands while preventing shiny hotspots on reflective fabrics. The biggest risk in white-backdrop portraiture is flat, blown-out whites; this shoot managed it masterfully, clearly distinguishing fair skin tones from the pure white clothing without blending them together, which truly tests a photographer's skill.

I consider the seated series to be the most relaxed set. Sitting atop a white cylindrical pedestal, extending legs forward naturally with hands resting on props lowers my center of gravity, enhancing the stretched visual appeal of the pink-and-white slouch socks and white stockings, while fully revealing the black thigh ring detail. In that set, I particularly love the exposed side section of the pink bag, which gives the camera angle a focused emphasis.

Pulling off this Sunna cosplay look was by no means simple because of the sheer density of accessories—any unnatural pose risks looking cluttered. Posing required intentionally staggering the positions of arm sleeves, leg warmers, backpack, and wings so they wouldn't overlap into a muddy mess. Checking camera playback during the session to confirm layer depth from every angle was crucial. All in all, this Sunna cosplay shoot went smoothly; the clean pure white background avoided making complex colors look chaotic, instead beautifully showcasing these macaron-hued elements in a stunning Studio portrait session.
